obliterationXregulation
Destroying and obliteration areas of the body to make new forms from the remains. Working with breath and pace and the metronome as a tool for regulation. Working loosely and poetically with ideas of anxiety vs ambition and the human condition. Obliterate the body, obliterate the mind. Potential and arrogance and desire against immobilising anxiety and the sense of being overwhelmed. Trying to specify the source of anxiety, so it is no longer an abstract and empty emotion.
