For THING #4, Chelsea and I decided that with only two weeks notice, we would invited about 85 of our closest family and friends to come watch us get married at a park in Santa Barbara, CA on July 20th. The rules were: no permits, no rentals, no deposits, no gifts, no wedding planning stress. Just friends, family, dancing and love. Because of it's fly-by-the-seats-of-the-pants nature, we called it the "Flash Mob Wedding."
We got our good friend Brandon Estes ordained on the internet so that he could officiate the ceremony, let Facebook handle the invitations, and dinner was provided by a full-on restaurant takeover at an insane downtown restaurant. Everything turned out PERFECT. We left so much up to chance, and chance really took care of us. Our friends and family were such a huge part of making this THING go off without a hitch, I knew from the start that I wanted to feature them in the video as much as possible.
